Frost-covered trees and the mysterious landscape create a festive atmosphere, and the first thin layer of ice appears along our shore. The air is fresh, the small streets are quiet—arriving at Balaton at this time brings true serenity. The days are short, so you can enjoy the sunset by the lakeside during the ceremony, or after the sun has set, have an intimate, illuminated evening ceremony as a lasting memory. Why is the Tópart Hotel a great choice for a winter wedding venue?
The scent of mulled wine, hot chocolate, punch, and rum tea fills the air as guests arrive. With the help of our heaters, we can welcome your wedding party in the winter garden, and they are seated for the ceremony on our glass-walled Aquarium terrace, decorated for the festive season. This way, even a winter wedding takes place with the stunning Balaton as a backdrop, in an elegant and magical atmosphere.
Dinner takes place in our indoor event hall, which can accommodate up to 100 guests, and the party can continue there until dawn.
What dates are available for hosting a winter wedding with you?
At the Tópart Hotel, we host weddings throughout winter in December, January, and February, except for Christmas and New Year’s Eve. We do not hold events on two consecutive days, so you can prepare for your big day in peace and enjoy a relaxed morning after the celebration without having to rush to leave the hotel. This ensures a restful experience!
